As someone who is neutral on Greek salad but loves salty, funky feta, this recipe is an easy way to get all those flavors into a simple, creamy, fluffy dip (that’s actually healthy too!). Make your veggie platter as pretty as possible, but know that in my heart I will love you just as much if you eat the dip with chips (...or a spoon).
