Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. 

During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. 

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (can be longer due to increased holiday orders). If you place an order past 12pm EST, it will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-3 business days. 

For orders containing items by third party brands, processing time varies by seller, but all sellers will ship your order as soon as possible. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking update.

We offer domestic shipping in the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, Alaska, and Hawaii at this time.

Cravings offers free ground shipping on orders that are $79.00 or more. Sales tax, shipping and handling do not qualify toward minimum purchase amount.

For orders containing items by a third party vendor, you may be charged an additional shipping fee based on the shipping policy of the seller. Third party sellers can be easily identified on the product details page.

Shipping times do not include the standard 1–3 business day processing period required to prepare your order for shipment.

Our carriers do not count weekends as shipping days. For example, overnight shipments sent on a Friday will typically arrive on Monday, as weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

FedEx is our primary carrier. While we work closely with them, Cravings is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. We appreciate the hard work of delivery drivers and understand how frustrating shipping delays can be. Ground shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, though delivery may take longer during high-volume periods.

For ground shipping, the holiday cut-off is Monday, December 15, 2025. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for the holidays. For questions about shipping during peak periods, email hi@cravingsbychrissyteigen.com.

Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. Your order may arrive in several shipments.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after you've been notified that your package has been shipped. At times, the courier will not scan the package immediately and may take some time to be sorted and scanned at the distribution center.

Cravings is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable and we do not have any contact of control over the package.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Please note that this processing time is in addition to your chosen shipping method’s transit time, which may vary. Processing may take longer during peak holiday periods.

Complete the steps within the return portal to submit your return request. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Include the original order packing slip in the return package. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any carrier location.
