Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval.
During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (can be longer due to increased holiday orders). If you place an order past 12pm EST, it will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-3 business days.
For orders containing items by third party brands, processing time varies by seller, but all sellers will ship your order as soon as possible. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking update.
We currently offer domestic shipping in the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, Alaska, and Hawaii at this time.

Cravings offers free ground shipping on orders that are $79.00 or more. Sales tax, shipping and handling do not qualify toward minimum purchase amount.
For orders containing items by a third party vendor, you may be charged an additional shipping fee based on the shipping policy of the seller. Third party sellers can be easily identified on the product details page.
Shipping times do not include the standard 1–3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.
Our carriers do not count weekends as valid ship dates. Overnight shipments that ship out on a Friday will deliver on a Monday; weekends are not guaranteed delivery dates.
FedEx is our primary carrier. Cravings is not responsible for delays incurred by our carrier. We support their hardworking team of drivers, and we also understand the frustrations caused by shipping delays. If you experience a shipping delay, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll work to help resolve the issue. Ground shipping is expected to be 5-10 business days with the possibility for more during high volume periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. Your order may arrive in several shipments. Items fulfilled by third party sellers will ship separately.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after you've been notified that your package has been shipped. At times, the courier will not scan the package immediately and may take some time to be sorted and scanned at the distribution center.
Cravings is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable and we do not have any contact of control over the package.
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.
We are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders that contain third party brands.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Please double-check order information before hitting submit.
We recommend that you double check that the discount code you enter is correct, and that you are using the discount code on an item eligible for discount.

US customers can now buy Cravings items directly from some of our Instagram posts! Shoppable posts are indicated with a shipping bag icon. Tap the icon, add your item to your bag and check out - all in Instagram. Your order history will be available in your Instagram profile. Discounts, promotional codes, and gift with purchase offers cannot be applied to Instagram orders.
