Subscription FAQs

Q: How do I sign up for a subscription? 

A: When placing an order, choose "Subscribe & Save + Free Shipping" and we will deliver your subscription at your chosen frequency (either 4, 8, or 12 weeks). You'll use the email you checked out with to make any adjustments to future orders.

Q: How do I access my account to make changes? 

A: Once logged into your Cravings account, you can navigate to the "Subscription" section which will take you to the portal where you can edit your shipping address, order frequency, or even swap out subscription products. 

Q: I need to pause. Can I skip a shipment? 

A: Of course! Log into your portal to pause your subscription. If you'd like to gift your next shipment instead of pausing, you can also edit this in the portal.
