I really enjoy using Mochi Pancake Mix to make a wide variety of pancakes. It truly provides a delicious base for apple cinnamon, blueberry with pecan, walnuts and bananas, sometimes I use all the above ingredients. I use coconut or almond milk along with fine almond flour and receive many compliments. The mochi flavoring is a real hit and adds a distinct flavor. I look forward to my delivery every 8 weeks!

I absolutely loved the way these were so easy to make from pancakes or waffles the versatility was endless. These lasted so good and the texture is so different from what I have ever tasted. I will definitely be buying these more and adding different things to the to make different kinds of waffles and pancakes.
