Trick or treat! These crunchy seeds have some sweet heat.
Before carving a Jack O’Lantern you have to scoop out all the pumpkin guts. But don’t throw away those seeds! Clean them off and roast with a mix of sweet heat: our Chili-Garlic seasoning, fish sauce, sugar, and paprika. They’re so good they’ll disappear faster than the Halloween candy.

*One medium pumpkin yields about 1–1 ¼ cups of seeds.
