A Smoothie That Doesn't Suck

The I can’t-believe-it’s-vegan mango, avocado, and yogurt smoothie that you’ll actually look forward to drinking.
If there’s one thing I don’t believe in, it’s “New Year, New You!” You should eat whatever makes you happy and whenever you want it, regardless of the time of year. This smoothie recipe is light—and shockingly vegan—yet still incredibly satisfying, filling, and delicious. It’s lassi-ish with mango and yogurt (I use almond, coconut, or oat, but you could make this with regular dairy, too) and avocado for extra creaminess. I love it for breakfast, as a midday pick-me-up, or when I’m feeling like I need something healthy in my life. It also doubles or even quadruples easily if you have a larger blender and want to make for other people.
