Last year at Halloween we went all out with the fun foods and spooky treats. There were these Hot Dog Mummies, popcorn balls, and spider zebra cakes—both of the last two actually made it in my new cookbook, Cravings: All Together! We had so much fun making them all, but these mummies are definitely the easiest to do with your kids since you just take store-bought dough and wrap your hot dogs until they look undead with glowing mustard eyes!
1 (8-oz.) can crescent dough
12 hot dogs
2 tablespoons melted butter
+ yellow mustard, for serving
You'll dough nuts for this festive fall dessert.
Trick or treat! These crunchy seeds have some sweet heat.
Pumpkin dessert, but different.
A little sweet and very refreshing, this will be your drink of the summer.
