1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 ½ teaspoons Cravings’ Chili-Garlic seasoning (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder and ½ teaspoon Thai chili flakes, hot chili flakes, or cayenne)
*One medium pumpkin yields about 1–1 ¼ cups of seeds.
