Hibiscus Honey Lavender Tea

Hibiscus Honey Lavender Tea

SERVES: 4 PREP: 1 minute TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

A beautifully floral springtime cuppa.

For beautiful and delicious afternoon teatime, turn to hibiscus. The vibrant tea blooms into a reddish-pink hue, and gets even more floral flavor from lavender. If you can find fresh, use it, but if not, dried is totally fine. This makes a batch of 4 mugs, but for a single serving, use one tea bag, ¼ teaspoon lavender, and 1 tablespoon honey for a perfect cozy morning.

  • 4 hibiscus tea bags

  • 1 teaspoon dried or fresh lavender, or more to taste

  • ¼ cup tablespoons honey

  • + Fresh lavender sprigs, for garnish
