In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Stir in the chocolate until melted and very smooth and creamy. Add a small pinch of kosher salt.
To melt the chocolate for drizzling, microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring, until melted. Pour cocoa into a mug and top with whipped cream, a drizzle of melted chocolate, mini marshmallows, and Teddy Grahams.
