It’s no secret, my love for fast food. My love for the mystery tacos at Jack in the Box, the beauty that is the Sourdough Jack sandwich. The comfort those things bring me is indescribable, but whatever the f*ck we have done here is nothing short of incredible.
We somehow (wait, I know how and I will show you how!) made something that is exactly, exactly, like biting into the best part of the Sourdough Jack—the center—but it’s in every single bite of this casserole: the oozy creaminess and cheese, the tomato, the bacon, the juicy beef all mixed with macaroni, with sourdough bread crumbs for a little punch.
