Peanut Butter & Chocolate Greek Yogurt "Banana Split"

SERVES: Makes 1 split PREP: 5 minutes TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

You’ll go bananas for this one—for dessert or breakfast.

When that craving for ice cream hits but you want to try to be a little healthier, try a banana split the Dirty Healthy way. This version is still sweet, satisfying, and creamy, but it could be eaten for dessert or breakfast. Use a natural peanut butter if you can, because it’s looser and can be drizzled. But you can also thin out peanut butter using a splash of hot water whisked in until it’s ready to pour and add chocolate chips for your peanut butter cup dreams come true.

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled

  • ½ cup full fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (preferably a looser style, so it can be drizzled)

  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut

  • 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts

  • 1 strawberry, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon mini dark chocolate chips or chocolate curls
