As if our Ultimate Banana Bread Mix wasn't decadent enough, we took it one sweet step further and turned one viral dish into (hopefully) another viral dish: Banana Bread Stuffed French Toast! It starts with a baked banana bread loaf (using our mix), which is sliced gently lengthwise and then sliced again in the middle of each piece (like a coin slot) then stuffed with slices of fresh banana. Next, it gets battered and fried in our Fave Stainless Steel Pan (for easy cleanup) like any French toast would. It's just that simple. Our favorite part? The decorating! We go ham on syrup, powdered sugar, berries, and whipped cream but top it however you like. Whip up a batch for Mom this Mother's Day, or anytime! In John Legend's words, it's "sinful!"
