Caution handles do get hot, make sure to use protective mitts when handling hot cookware

Avoid using metal utensils. Avoid extreme thermal changes, such as freezer to hot oven.

Use low- medium heat to preserve the nonstick coating – never heat an empty pan.

While this product is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to maintain non-stick coating and overall quality — hand wash once the pan is fully cooled. 

For dishwashing, place the product in the dishwasher's top rack to avoid potential damage from direct heat exposure. Use a gentle or low-temperature dishwasher cycle.

Avoid using scours or abrasive detergents while they may seem effective, they can actually damage the color and integrity of the coating. 

The exterior coating on our nonstick products may develop stains over time, but fear not! You can easily prevent them by promptly wiping away any drips before they have a chance to burn onto the outside. In the event that staining does occur, don't fret. A gentle mixture of baking soda and dish soap can come to the rescue! Simply create a paste with these two ingredients, apply it to the stained areas, and gently scrub away. Once done, rinse off with warm water for a refreshed look.

Remember, a few stains here and there are nothing to worry about! In fact, we believe that a nice lived-in look is a testament to the love and joy of home cooking.
