This dump-and-bake spicy chicken and rice is your new weeknight hero, bold, cozy, and ridiculously easy. Juicy chicken thighs are baked with jasmine rice, coconut milk, and Cravings Spicy Thai Marinara for a one-pan dinner that’s rich, fragrant, and packed with Thai-inspired flavor. Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 boneless chicken thighs, cut into large chunks
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
