Prep the Cabbage
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove any wilted outer leaves from the cabbage and cut into 6 to 8 wedges, depending on size. Rinse and dry thoroughly with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Generously season the cabbage wedges on all sides.
Sear the Cabbage
Heat a large nonstick or ovenproof pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Place cabbage wedges cut-side down and sear until golden on both sides.
Roast with Sauce
Pour the Cravings Corn & Truffle Sauce over the seared cabbage, coating evenly. Transfer to the oven and roast for 10–15 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened.
Make the Crispy Salami
Heat vegetable oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add salami strips and cook until crispy and slightly curled. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
Finish & Serve
Remove cabbage from the oven. Top with crispy salami, freshly grated parmesan, and chopped parsley. Drizzle with chili crisp if using, and serve warm.
