Who doesn't love a classic BLT? We love it so much that we decided to turn it into another favorite summer meal: pasta salad! Basically, we're swapping out the bread for pasta, (which is a trade we can certainly get down with). It all starts by making a garlic confit (don't worry, it's easy) as the base of the dressing, which gets blended up with vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, and of course, mayo (because BLT). Then, crumbled strips of crispy bacon along with cooked bowtie pasta, cherry tomatoes, and arugula get tossed with the super-flavorful dressing to result in this ultimate picnic-friendly summer dish.
