We are always trying to find ways to eat more of Chrissy's ultimate banana bread. The recipe from her second cookbook, 'Cravings: Hungry for More,' is famous for a reason—it is the most fluffy, moist (sorry) banana bread you'll ever try with different mix-ins to add extra textures and flavors. After turning it into Banana Bread Pancake Bites, we have transformed it again into an even more craveable form: FRIED DOUGH! These French-style, New Orleans-inspired beignets have all the warm, toasty flavors of the original banana bread but with lots of deep-fried crunch. For extra decadence, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and thank us later.
