Ready for your new go-to summer cocktail that's as pretty as the Iridescent Pitcher you make it in? Prickly pear syrup, one of our favorite (underused!) cocktail ingredients, is the star in this easy margarita recipe which is a little sweet, a little sour, a bit tangy (from the prickly pear) and overall goes down easy. Don't drink? We got you. We made a mocktail version too.
2 cups silver tequila
1/2 cup Cointreau or orange liqueur
3/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
¾ cup Prickly Pear syrup
1 tbsp chili salt (store bought) per glass
ice cubes
2 cups of club soda (or non-alc tequila like Ritual)
¾ cup Prickly Pear syrup
3/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1 tsp agave nectar
¼ cup fresh orange juice squeezed
1 tbsp chili salt (store bought) per glass
ice cubes
A sweet & spicy twist on a classic to ring in the weekend (or the end a looong work day)!
Grilled Mexican street corn…in dip form!
