I signed up for the Cravings in order to get a recipe that was previously free. I didn’t mind doing that, but what I did mind was that I couldn’t access the subscription until the next business day, a full two days after I signed up, and one pleading customer service email later. I have many subscriptions, but never experienced an issue like this one. Needless to say, dinner that night had to be postponed. It just left a bad impression. Fast forward, I have access to the site, I saved some recipes, but I also know I won’t be keeping my subscription, so I went to cancel it once the current period ends. Well, yet again, a problem. I can see my membership info, payment for used, recipes saved, all of that. But the moment I toggle to “subscription” where I would presumably be able to cancel, lo and behold, a blank page with a spinning wheel of nothingness. So now o can’t even cancel, and will have to contact customer service AGAIN. I know this isn’t a scam site, so why does it operate like one? Very frustrating. I’ll stick with her books and avoid the site altogether.
