You don't need to celebrate Passover to enjoy this one—but if you do and you're keeping the tradition of eating unleavened items during the entire Passover period, you'll especially love this super-easy recipe. We're sweetening our matzo* up with the addition of chocolate and mini marshmallows, then adding some pecans for crunch and sea salt right at the end to make the whole thing pop. It's sweet, crispy, salty, and nutty all at the same time. Kind of like our take on the popular Toffee Matzo, but you know, S'mores-ier!
*Matzo is a thin, crispy flatbread that's traditionally eaten during Passover.
1 matzo board cracker
One thin 3-ounce bar milk chocolate, such as Lindt
1 cup mini marshmallows
¼ cup chopped pecans
½ teaspoon flaky sea salt, plus more for garnish
Creamy chicken, fresh mushrooms, and bacon. Cooks slow, disappears fast.
An oldie but goodie!
Whether you're in the mood for zesty lemon-sugar or ham & cheese.
Spiced up with Cracked Black Pepper & Citrus seasoning for super satisfying snacktime.
