Inspired by a local trending dish, we're taking the flavors of a classic baked potato and making it pasta! It starts with store-bought potato gnocchi which is cooked according to package directions. Then, in a separate pan, make caramelized onions. Once they're browned up and sweet, we add sour cream, chicken broth, cheese, and chives. Toss the pasta into the sauce, mix, and garnish with cooked bacon, more cheese, crumbled kettle chips, and chives as desired.
