This sushi is everything! It's like your favorite bagel & lox in sushi form, filled with slices of tender smoked salmon, rich cream cheese, crisp cucumber, and a sprinkle of our Chili-Garlic seasoning. The whole thing is coated in everything seasoning to add a pop of flavor and crunch. It’s not your typical sushi, but just roll with it!
¼ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
1 cup sushi rice
4 sheets nori (seaweed)
1 small, ripe avocado
4 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
½ cup (⅓ of an 8-ounce block) cream cheese
1 Persian cucumber, peeled and cut into thin strips
⅓ cup everything bagel seasoning
+ Cravings' Chili Garlic seasoning or shichimi togarashi*(optional)
+ Soy sauce and spicy mayo of your choice for serving
*Shichimi togarashi is a Japanese seven-spice blend, found at Asian markets and many major grocery stores.
