It’s about that time—Pumpkin Spice season is upon us, and we are here for it. To celebrate the season *and* the return of our viral charcuterie board, we teamed up with Alaura from @berryandtheboards to whip up the pumpkin-inspired cheese spread of our dreams. Read on for her how-to, and don’t forget to scoop up one of our best-selling charc boards while you can (they’re known to sell out)!
12 oz wheel of brie cheese (2 small brie wheels if necessary)
1 round French country bread loaf
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup pumpkin jam
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Candied walnuts
16 oz of whole milk ricotta
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of maple syrup
Sprinkle of flaky sea salt
Rustic Bakery Flatbread Crackers
Pumpkin Spice Oat Crackers
Petit toasts
Pumpkin spice chocolate
Cheddar cheese, sliced
Aged gouda, sliced
Manchego cheese, sliced
Candied pecans
Apples, sliced
Fresh Figs, halved
Champagne grapes
Dried apricots
Pomegranate seeds
