I had the large pan for the past couple years since it released. It was big, sturdy and beautiful. I treated this immaculately bc it was so expensive. I always hand-washed, used plastic utensils, and NEVER put it in the dishwasher. I loved it bc it could go into the oven without the lid. Unfortunately, it began to lose its non stick quality pretty quickly. The only way I can describe it as it began to “dull”. Then it got to where the areas that stuck were comprised of the entire pan surface. In addition the surface stained. After using butter and attempting to fry eggs I had my last experience with it and ended up tossing it. If you want a pan for a year or so with meticulous upkeep, this is it. If you want a pan you’ll have for years and years, look elsewhere. Very disappointed.
