I made this cake for my mom’s birthday and she really liked it. It was pretty easy to prepare and it tasted great! I would recommend less time in the oven than what the instructions say. I purchased additional coconut and toasted it for the topping.
This cake mix was absolutely heavenly. I made cupcakes with them and everyone that tried them loved them! It was the perfect amount of key lime and is my new favourite mix!
Deliciously moist. Will definitely order again. It was easy to make and the end result was pleasant.
I just didn’t like the texture of the cake and it bore little resemblance to the taste of Key Lime Pie
