Well I bought this at the grocery store not here. But I wanted to share my thoughts. It's easy to make and delicious! The chocolate really balance the sweetness. I don't know if I like the coconut but I'm not a coconut fan anyway. I think it's a really good recipe and worth trying! A very interesting recipe and definitely unique!a
This bread was delicious and we enjoyed the dark chocolate chunks, however we all agreed it did not taste like Banana at all. It seemed more like an Oat Chocolate Chip loaf rather than bananas which was a bit disappointing. It was super easy to make and would have been great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a dessert or even paired with fresh berries and eggs for breakfast.
