Return Requests

To request a return, go to:

Complete the steps within the return portal to submit your return request. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any carrier location.

Return Policy

All sale merchandise, markdowns, pantry, food items, baking mixes, spices, seasonings, free gifts, promotional items with retail value, and gift card purchases are non-refundable and considered FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES.

For any purchase made at our bakery and pop-up powered by Shopify at ROW DTLA, all sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

For other items, we accept returns within 30 days from receipt. Item(s) returned must be in original (unused) condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We can only support exchanges for the same type of product and cannot make any price adjustments. Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.

Please note that we can only process returns or exchanges on purchases made directly from our site (with a valid order number).

Cravings reserves the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if any returned item is missing components, accessories, or does not meet our quality standards. 

Returns will be subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

During peak season we are prioritizing outbound orders, which means you may see a longer processing time for returns. We are expecting a timeline of 7-10 business days for returns processing.

Refunds can take up to 5—10 business days (not including processing time) to appear on your bank account. This can vary between financial institutions.

If you don't see what you are looking for in the portal, you will want to complete this as a return and new purchase.

A replacement order is generated upon shipment of your return item. We cannot guarantee inventory availability during an exchange, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed.

All returns and exchanges are handled exclusively through our return portal. Please print out the labels provided by Cravings—do not make your own return label.

If you need more than one shipping label for your return(s), please use the return portal to submit a separate request for each item in your order. If you have issues generating return labels, email and we will happily provide additional support.

Cravings uses authorized third parties for the purpose of processing returns. By submitting a return to us or our third-party processors, you grant (or otherwise authorize) Cravings the right to store and process your information with such third parties. You agree that Cravings will not be responsible for any failures of such third parties to adequately protect your information. If an item is damaged, please email us at with photos so we can take care of it (and let our vendors know).

We understand that, in light of COVID-19, making returns within 30 days may not be possible or advised. We are closely monitoring the situation and will be making exceptions to our standard return policy as it unfolds.
