When I heard that TikToker Michelle Kaplin (aka @michkapcooks) was cooking her way through the Cravings cookbooks à la Julie & Julia, I knew that I had to meet her! And so here we are in my NYC apartment cooking a new Cravings recipe: Garlicky, Brown Butter-Basted Steak. This technique of basting beef with brown butter, garlic, and rosemary will caramelize the crust and to keep the juices locked inside.
