Cozy fall vibes, but edible.

It’s about that time—Pumpkin Spice season is upon us, and we are here for it. To celebrate the season *and* the return of our viral charcuterie board, we teamed up with Alaura from @berryandtheboards to whip up the pumpkin-inspired cheese spread of our dreams. Read on for her how-to, and don’t forget to scoop up one of our best-selling charc boards while you can (they’re known to sell out)!

Pumpkin Spice Brie Bread Bowl:

  • 12 oz wheel of brie cheese (2 small brie wheels if necessary)

  • 1 round French country bread loaf 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin jam

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar 

  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper 

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice 

  • Candied walnuts

For the Pumpkin Spice Whipped Ricotta:

  • 16 oz of whole milk ricotta

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)

  • 1 tsp of pumpkin spice

  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp of maple syrup

  • Sprinkle of flaky sea salt 

Additional board decor of choice:

  • Rustic Bakery Flatbread Crackers

  • Pumpkin Spice Oat Crackers

  • Petit toasts

  • Pumpkin spice chocolate

  • Cheddar cheese, sliced 

  • Aged gouda, sliced 

  • Manchego cheese, sliced

  • Candied pecans

  • Apples, sliced

  • Fresh Figs, halved

  • Champagne grapes

  • Dried apricots

  • Pomegranate seeds
