You throw the whole orange—rind and all—in with cranberries and sugar, then add ginger so it looks like “effort.” Either way it’s so simple and so good, and golden on next-day leftover turkey, ham, or roast beef sandwiches.
1 (12-ounce) bag fresh cranberries
1 whole orange, rind ON, quartered
1 cup sugar
1 (2-inch) piece ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
Okay, I’ll admit it—it’s really that good.
Sweet, buttery beanie babies.
Never worry about dry turkey again!
