If you can't find sweet dark soy sauce at the store, make this easy homemade version!
Dark soy sauce, which has a sweet molasses-like flavor to it, is an important ingredient for stir-fried noodles and other dishes in Thai cooking. But if you don’t have an Asian market nearby or can’t find store-bought dark soy sauce, this easy recipe is a good substitute. Use it for "bow-thai" see ew or Korat-style pad thai!
