Who says you can't eat cookies for breakfast? Drawing inspo from nostalgic kids' cereals of the 1990s, we made our own this delicious mini cookie cereal. It starts with our Perfect Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix which you make as directed (just add egg and butter) in a stand mixer. Then, instead of forming regular sized cookies, make it mini! Chill the dough and bake up the tiny bites to either enjoy on their own, or add milk and eat the whole thing like cereal. The kid inside will love this as much as your actual kids.
1 box Cravings Perfect Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
4oz (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 large egg, room temperature
4.5 cups milk (for cereal)
