  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 15 leaves (½ cup lightly packed) basil leaves
  • One (28-ounce) can fire roasted tomatoes

Lasagna:

  • 1 large celery root (about 1 ¼ to ½ pounds)
  • 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • Kosher salt
