A negroni....sbagliato...with Prosecco in it. Ring in the New Year with a take on 2022's most viral drink (thanks to the now-infamous TikTok). Our version adds a twist with the addition of blood orange juice which are in season during the winter months (don't worry, if you can't find fresh ones, you can use the soda version!). This super simple drink finishes off with a Prosecco topper (you can use Champagne or any bubbly you have too) which makes it a perfect NYE toast-ready bevvie. Happy New Year!
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce fresh blood orange juice (or bottled blood orange soda)
1 ounce Prosecco
1.5 cups of medium-sized ice cubes
Mocktail version:
1 ounce of blood orange soda such as San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa
3 ounces St. Agrestis Phony Negroni
1.5 cups of ice - pebbled or medium cubes
