It's like CPK meets summer barbecue.

Consider this a mini homage to one of our all-time favorite '00s mall dishes: the BBQ Chicken pizza! It starts with a simple homemade pizza dough that then gets an extra-smoky charred flavor using our Lowkey Lavender Grill Pan. Then, a combo of BBQ sauce, red onions, cilantro, and sriracha gets tossed with leftover rotisserie chicken. Layer with mozzarella cheese and finish baking the whole thing in the oven. Garnish with fresh cilantro and jalapeños for extra heat. It's a super-shareable, summer-friendly dish that will be the MVP of your next barbecue.

For the dough:


  • 1/2 cup warm water

  • 2 ½  teaspoons sugar 

  • 1 ½  teaspoons active dry yeast 

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil 

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt 

  • 1 1/4 cups flour, plus more as needed 

 For the topping:


  • 1 ½  cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce or gochujang 

  • ½ cup chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish

  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 jalapeño, sliced into thin rounds
