Consider this a mini homage to one of our all-time favorite '00s mall dishes: the BBQ Chicken pizza! It starts with a simple homemade pizza dough that then gets an extra-smoky charred flavor using our Lowkey Lavender Grill Pan. Then, a combo of BBQ sauce, red onions, cilantro, and sriracha gets tossed with leftover rotisserie chicken. Layer with mozzarella cheese and finish baking the whole thing in the oven. For the dough:

2 ½ teaspoons sugar
1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
