Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval.

During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If you place an order past 1pm PST, it will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-3 business days.


We currently offer domestic shipping in the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O.Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO at this time.

Shipping times do not include the standard 13 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

Our carriers do not count weekends as valid ship dates. Overnight shipments that ship out on a Friday will delivery on a Monday; weekends are not guaranteed delivery dates.

FedEx and USPS are our primary shipping carriers. Cravings is not responsible for delays incurred by our carriers. We support their hardworking team of drivers, and we also understand the frustrations caused by shipping delays. If you experience a shipping delay, please reach out to us at and we’ll work to help resolve the issue.

Due to weather and the COVID-19 surge, some anticipated service delays and disruptions may affect our two-day and next-day service speeds.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after you've been notified that your package has been shipped. At times, the courier will not scan the package immediately and may take some time to be sorted and scanned at the distribution center.

Cravings is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable and we do not have any contact of control over the package.


Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.


We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.


Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.


We recommend that you double check that the discount code you enter is correct, and that you’re using the discount code on an item eligible for discount.

Please enter the promotional code in the mini cart prior to entering the final checkout process. The mini cart will pop up in the right hand of your screen when you click on your cart, and is signified by a skillet icon.
