Kris Yenbamroong

Kris Yenbamroong, the Thai-American chef of Night + Market in Los Angeles, has a brash style of spicy, sharp Thai party food that is created, in part, by stripping down traditional recipes to wring maximum flavor out of minimum hassle. Yenbamroong grew up in his family's L.A. restaurant, Talesai, and has created a singular style of cooking that combines traditional Thai flavors with '90s-style Asian fusion.
