Mix 1 can condensed milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1 pinch salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whip 2 C heavy cream until firm peaks form, 2 minutes. Gently fold half the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Make sure not to overfold—the more you fold the more you deflate the ice cream!
Transfer mixture to a loaf pan, cover, and chill for 4 hours. Add toppings and serve!
