Question: Should I use olive oil if I’m baking salmon on the cravings sheet pan even though it’s nonstick?

A tiny slick of oil never hurts! Especially if using skin-on salmon, which can stick to cooking surfaces. These pans are so slick and slidy, though, I do think you’d be okay without, since salmon contains a healthy amount of oil.
