Question: I’ve just been to Bangkok and brought back ingredients to make papaya salad but I forgot to get palm sugar 🤦‍♀️ I can only find coconut sugar in my supermarket in the granulated form. Do you recommend I use this or should I substitute it for regular caster sugar. My cravings for Som Tam are unreal 😋🍽

Light brown sugar will work just fine!
