Question: I want to make Beef Wellington, but I am very allergic to mushrooms (yes it is very sad) is there a substitute you would suggest or do you think the Beef Wellington would be just as delicious without mushrooms?

You could leave the mushrooms out, or try a paste of caramelized onions – but Wellington is a very shroomy dish so I can’t vouch for these swap-ins!
