Question: I always see recipes (like your mac and cheese balls) call for panko bread crumbs. I have generic traditional style. Is there really a difference?
Panko crumbs are Japanese bread flakes, more light and airy and made with dried crustless bread, meaning they yield crispier results sometimes. But you can always swap in regular crumbs!
