Question: Hi Chrissy! I am making your buttery garlic thigh recipe and you mention to cook in a cast iron skillet, I can’t afford to buy your cookware yet and all I have is a regular Pyrex baking dish? Do you think it matters?

The dishes are always just a suggestion but definitely try to use something around the same size if you can! I use cast irons so often because they transfer so well from stovetop to oven if I need to reheat, etc. Also they give meals a nice, cozy feeling (and crisp up veggies and skins nicely) when you’re presenting your prized dish! But yes, Pyrex will definitely be fine!
