Question: Hey Chrissy. I love your cookbooks and YOU! Do you have a go to Korean marinade? I bought a small tub of gochujang and I thought I’d use it in marinades, but I don’t know where to start.

I would use the Kalbi marinade from Cravings!  Use it on beef, chicken, or pork as a marinade.

½ cup less-sodium soy sauce

½ cup (packed) dark brown sugar

1/3 cup finely chopped garlic

2 tablespoons mirin

2 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger

2 tablespoons grated fresh or canned pineapple

2 tablespoons finely grated yellow onion

1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

½ tablespoon sesame oil
