Question: Chrissy, Hi! First off, congrats on this s***!! I am so excited to be a part of your kitchen more than just marking up your cookbook pictures with my garliky/floury/oily/whatever hands. Messy cook makes the best one, right? I suppose this is more of a request .. but to pair with your oh’so’heavenly caesar dressing, how about a STRAIGHT UP spaghetti and meat sauce? One of those you can put pssghetti, garlic bread and salad on one bite and just indulge. Seems basic, but everyone has a twist. My husband and I put “Pasta Night” in our vows for every Monday… would love to incorporate your brain and tweaks into my mix.
You’re right!! I *do* need a meat sauce! I kind of find myself using whatever we have in the fridge but I’ll work on a go-to meat sauce that isn’t a tonnnnnn of work! <3
